- Handling of the Potential Clients and their Finalisation.
- Follow up with Channel Partners Regularly.
- Proper Execution of Marketing Activities.
- Must have atleast one year of experience in Sales for Real Estate Projects in Navi Mumbai.
- Must be Punctual and Self Motivated.
- Must be fluent in Marathi and English.
- Regular Follow up with potential Clients.
- Proper Updates on Social Media, Project Listings on Portals.
- Proper Management of Leads in ERP Software.
- Must be able to Improvise and engage with clients.
- Must be able to deal with client queries effectively and confidently.
- Must be fluent in English, Marathi and Hindi.
- Must have decent Grammer knowledge to engage in the Social Media and other Marketing Activities online and offline.
